This beautifully updated home offers an open concept kitchen/dining/living space, featuring a cozy sofa and two fun hanging chairs. Relax together and stream your favorite shows, or maybe the new blockbuster movie on the 60” TV. If you’d rather, there are plenty of board games available for a friendly challenge. What a great way to make happy new memories as friends and family.

Cooking & Dining

The kitchen will be the joy of the family cook! Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, and thoughtful extras like a spice rack and coffee bar, it’s sure to serve as inspiration for many delicious meals.

A dining room is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably accommodates 6, with two more stools available at the kitchen island. With a great location and view of the gorgeous swimming pool, this may be the best seat in the house! It also allows for easy access to al-fresco dining if you prefer to enjoy your meals outdoors with a view of the yard and pool.

Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms

The home sleeps up to 10 people, making it an ideal space for extended families or groups.

All of the bedrooms are located upstairs, including a spacious master bedroom.  The master features a king size bed and is an oasis in itself.

On the second level are three additional bedrooms. The first spacious room features a king bed with dual nightstands and lamps, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV. The second has a cozy queen, also with dual nightstands and lamps, and the third large space offers two sets of twin bunk beds. The kids are sure to love their own private spot! These three bedrooms share a full hall bath with a tub/shower.

Outdoor Living Spaces

The large backyard has been reimagined into a resort-like space, one the entire group is sure to spend many happy hours enjoying. It features a large, free-form swimming pool as well as an incredible deck.

It’s easy to imagine yourself whiling away the daytime hours floating in the cool water of the pool and then relaxing in the evenings, perhaps with your favorite beverage in hand, swinging in the hammock chairs by the pool.

Soak up ALL of the vitamin D in one of the sun loungers. It’s easy to enjoy an al-fresco meal at the dining table for 6. Make it a good, old-fashioned family barbecue, using the grill.
