Located in Dignowity Hill, the first affluent enclave of San Antonio, our completely updated and professionally decorated home is an ideal jumping-off point for your stay in “Alamo City”. While it’s located just one short mile from the must-see attractions of the Alamo, the Riverwalk, and the convention center, you’ll feel like you’ve discovered a private oasis with a private gated entrance, plenty of parking, and a large outdoor space with equipped with a lounge, cornhole, and more!

The Inside

Indoor Living Spaces - A clean and modern vibe awaits you in the bright, spacious living room. With touches of both warm and cool color palettes, you’ll find this space to be both appealing to the senses and inviting to the soul. With comfortable seating for up to 6, this room is a great spot to hang out together as you discuss the day’s activities and plan further adventures. Or you could simply take advantage of the super-fast WiFi and Smart TV to stream your favorite TV show, movie, or maybe even the big game! A separate den, with unique covered chairs, offers the perfect spot to catch a few minutes of “me” time with your book or mobile device.

Cooking & Dining - The fully-equipped kitchen is sure to be the resident chef’s delight. This oversized and completely renovated space offers stainless steel appliances, an upscale wall-mounted range hood, solid-surface counters, and a farmhouse sink. With generous counter and cabinet space, there’s plenty of room for nearly anything you may want to bring along. The peninsula bar seats two. A separate formal dining room comfortably accommodates 6+, in addition to a high chair.

Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms - The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed and decorated in shades of soothing grays and browns. The ensuite bath offers a large walk-in shower. A full-size washer/dryer is also located here. The guest room also features a queen-size bed, with dual nightstands and lamps, and a ceiling fan. The guest bath has a tub/shower.

The Outside

We have created an incredible outdoor experience for our guests. The first thing you’ll note is the completely private and secure gated entry. Beyond that is a privacy-fenced yard. Guests have reported feeling like they’re in their own private oasis within the city! We have also provided plenty of parking. You’ll find that you can fit as many as 8 cars behind the electric gate. You’ll also find a comfortable lounge area, cornhole game, connect four, and even more!
