It is close to both the airport and many local attractions yet in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Outfitted for large families and/or groups, the home accommodates up to 14 people and features a privacy-fenced resort-style yard with inground pool and built-in hot tub. Indoors are 4 bedrooms, with 1 just for the kids. Many family-friendly amenities-pack'n'play, high-chair,etc.

The Inside

Indoor Living Spaces - The spacious living room offers a wrap-around sofa with a cozy chaise and many homey touches. Relax together and stream your favorite shows, or maybe the new blockbuster movie on the 55” TV. If you’d rather, there are plenty of board games available for a friendly challenge. What a great way to make happy new memories as friends and family.

Cooking & Dining - The kitchen will be the joy of the family cook! Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, and thoughtful extras like a spice rack and coffee bar, it’s sure to serve as inspiration for many delicious meals.

A dining room is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably accommodates 8. With a great location in front of the sunny sliding glass doors, this may be the best seat in the house! It also allows for easy access to al-fresco dining if you prefer to enjoy your meals outdoors with a view of the yard and pool.

Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms - The home sleeps up to 14 people, making it an ideal space for extended families or groups.

The primary bedroom suite is located on the first level and offers both privacy and luxury. This huge space offers beautiful hardwood floors and two queen size beds with coordinating decor. Trayed ceilings with a cooling ceiling fan, a fireplace, and a big flat-screen TV complete the picture. The en-suite bathroom features a tub/shower.

But best of all is the private French doors to the backyard and pool area. Perfect for a late-night glass of wine, some stargazing, or maybe even a private dip in the hot tub.

On the second level are three additional bedrooms. The first spacious room features a king bed with dual nightstands and lamps, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV. The second has a cozy queen, also with dual nightstands and lamps, and the third large space offers two sets of twin bunk beds. The kids are sure to love their own private spot! These three bedrooms share a full hall bath with a tub/shower.

The Outside

The large backyard has been reimagined into a resort-like space, one the entire group is sure to spend many happy hours enjoying. It features a large, free-form heated pool with both a built-in seat and hot tub, as well as a basketball hoop.

It’s easy to imagine yourself whiling away the daytime hours floating in the cool water of the pool and then relaxing in the evenings, perhaps with your favorite beverage in hand, as the warm jets of the hot tub soothe you.

Soak up the vitamin D in one of the teak sun loungers. It’s easy to enjoy an al-fresco meal at the teak dining table for 6. Make it a good, old-fashioned family barbecue, using the grill.

Guest Access

Access is provided through digital keypads. Guests will be issued a door code the morning of their booking and that code will be valid until their time of checkout.

There is ample parking in the driveway and on the street for 4- vehicles.
